FLEXIBILITY CLASSES

These online seminars are designed for you to gain an understanding of the foundations for each individual skill. With small group instruction you will learn a sequential series of warm ups and exercises to develop individual training routines.

 

Each seminar is a visually guided sessions designed for you to watch, analyze, and repeat. Detailed explanation along with extra verbal cue's will be provided for each exercise. During the last 30 minutes there will be a question and answer portion relating to the exercises and skills practiced in the seminar.

 

Please reserve each seminar in advance by clicking on the individual BOOK IT buttons below to send payment. Space is limited to 4-5 spots and will be reserved on first come, first serve basis. Upon reserving your spot via PayPal payment, please email  a copy of your receipts along with the list of seminars you booked. A follow up email will then be sent out within 48 hours with information about attending your seminar on ZOOM.

This seminar will discuss the anatomy and physiology behind the square split. Learn skill-specific warm ups and exercises to help get you square and to the floor using isolation and leverage techniques.
